Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is awesome I was guided during the whole proceess by Turbotax, the importing function is great. All the notes are very useful, clarifications are always available in the ? marks, and is amazing that the tool takes care also of details that I may skip or forget.

For someone who has a "normal" income and financial situation, TurboTax has everything covered. All the boxes in TurboTax match up with the forms I received from various institutions.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Still after 13 years, video bug not fixed Since 2010 when I started TT it has only ever worked when I disable my second monitor on my Desktop. I have a few desktops since I started, using TT, same Issue. Every year I think MAYBE they fixed it, but every year I am reminded that they didnt. PLEASE FIX THIS. Otherwise, it works fine

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is too expensive The cost continues to go up each year, even for returning customers. It's hard to change services since you already have my information but the cost goes up each year drastically and every little click has additions that cost more (like getting all the way through my state income then telling me it was going to cost more to file together). Also it's not as user friendly as it used to be and can get stuck if you click the wrong thing with no options for help unless you pay more.
