Don't have to worry about sharing my personal information with someone and pay someone else to do something I am fully capable of. The knowledge base is on point and helps me understand every step of the way what I'm doing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a bug-filled mess While still more convenient than filing your own taxes on paper, turbotax's user interface is littered with bugs that cause a negative experience. It will force you to "Review" the same document over and over when you've already filled it out entirely, duplicates "Reviewed" forms when you upload the document to it, and bugs you with self-advertisements between every step. I'll be looking for a better product next year.
