Rated 3 out of 5 by from Never had Issues Till Now Everything was very smooth until the end when I was being charged for premium rather than the deluxe that I originally chose. My taxes are so straight forward and easy and I have no investments nor am I self employed. I have used Turbo Tax for years and have never had this problem and have never used premium. Really disappointed that couldn't be changed in the end. I ended up not getting the MAX add on like I normally do because of it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax got cutesy this year, not in a good way. Been using TurboTax since 2006. This was the first time I felt like I was playing a game aimed at 6th graders. It got too cutesy, too clever, too funner. This is taxes, this is money... Just keep it simple, plain and serious, Intuit.
