Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great! It went really well until I was asked to upgrade to a "max" version for $65, with an extra charge of $40, I wanted to know why I couldn't back out of the "max" version - as it told me I would receive another credit, but it gave me nothing and charged a total of $105.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBOTAX ROCKS! FAST AND EASY! I WAS SKEPTICAL ABOUT SELF PREPARING MY TAX RETURN BUT TURBOTAX GAVE ME THE CONFIDENCE AND GUIDANCE I NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE TASK. I WILL ALWAYS FILE WITH TURBOTAX.
