Rated 1 out of 5 by from there is an endless loop when trying to file The schedule E workpapers keep telling me that something is required, and then when I add it, run the error check again, it says it needs to be blank. There is no way to skip this and just file the stupid return . . . so incredibly frustrating to try to get this done. Turbotax is the most expensive tax prep software, but it is impossible to use - i will not be buying this next year because of how completely pointless this "error check' functionality is. Calling the support line is even more frustrating as it's just an automated help desk that forwarded me to the online forum - where I can't find an answer. Completely unacceptable.

Prior to that, I always did my taxes myself, even with my first job in 1964. Turbo Tax takes the stress out, love the way it walks you through each step, and the tax helps along the way. Thanks, Intuit, for making my life so much easier at tax time!
