Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Business Opportunity to Improve There is no option to import data from QuickBooks Online. There is no built-in support channels (chat, phone). Users must resort to asking tax questions from peers in the community. Yikes! The forms are in many cases are electronic versions of the state and IRS worksheets and the information can be hard to locate. (For example, I could not enter the principal business activity code on CA Form 3805Q). There are some questions that are confusing or vague and no guidance is offered of when this might apply to help the user make the determination.

I was laid off mid year, received severance, had unemployment and took a withdrawal from my investment and still I made it through the program easily despite anxieties that it would be different this year.
