Rated 4 out of 5 by from Home and Business (download) I specifically chose this version because it said it supported importing investments even Though I do not have a business. As a new retiree, this was the first year I traded stocks extensively. I was disappointed that TT did not fully support my crypto and options transactions. I do not understand why the online version can import these transactions but the downloaded version does not. I am very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Tax Expert Support First, very easy to complete forms and make adjustments as needed. Second, super fast access to Chat for troubling or interesting questions. Third, and most importantly, when my connected Tax Expert Chat wanted to talk, we did and reviewed some conflicting IRS codes. Truly a team effort with positive results.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Yuck Decided to try TT Premium after years of HRBlock Basic. UI is worse, and the IRA--> Backdoor Roth conversion flow was super super confusing. Also, I bought this product because supposedly it supports crypto and import from Coinbase, yet apparently that's only the online version?!? Incredibly disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax gives me comfort as a self employed perso The questions and careful process have been invaluable every year. Now that I am completely self-employed, I was even more nervous about having a large tax bill and about proper documentation and not missing out on credits and deductions available to me. The step-by-step guidance and the ability to save and review as many times as I need gave me the assurance that my taxes were filed properly and that I understand everything before I send.
