I worked out-of-state and all the complications from the pandemic tax breaks, credits, deductibles, etc. made it impossible for the average person to benefit fully from tax refunds. Also, I dabbled a little with investments and day-trading, and TurboTax's clear instructions made sure I maximized my return.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Price to file- RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! Worst experience I ever had with Turbo Tax. The price for filing was ridiculous this year. This may be the last year I use Turbo Tax. Then it would not let me get the basic version which included the state file pay but the deluxe version was 115.00 and then an additional 49.00 to get the state filed. I was charged another 35.00 to use my own refund to efile. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has been my go to since I 1st got a job! Wonderful formatting, very well laid out and easy to understand. Helpful access tips and tricks, and also nifty uploading abilities which makes entering W2 info so much faster and easier.

I changed to a different company one year, and the IRS audited it and caught a mistake. I had to pay a big fine! I'm faithful to turbo now! Thanks for helping with a dreaded task!
