Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use! I have used TurboTax for decades now! I wasn't sure how receiving unemployment and stimulus checks were going to flow through because of COVID-19 issues in 2020 but it was very easy to complete the necessary information.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One suggestion In the section where you choose the way to receive your tax return, the "recommended" way seems disturbingly predatory and sketchy. I would recommend removing that option, or at least moving it down the list.

I spoke to Essiene, one of the specialists. He stayed on the phone with me for close to half an hour until we figured out how to correct the return. He was persistent, patient, and reassuring.
