Rated 3 out of 5 by from City Tax Form Problems Overall TT is ok. This year it did not handle a change with my city taxes very well. I moved to a home office and TT did not use my local wages as shown on my W2. TT used box 1 from the W2 instead of the local wages as shown in box 18. At least there is a way to override incorrect data being pulled from another form.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 2019 TurboTax Review I have used Turbo Tax for several years and have always been very satisfied although when you changed formats to only asking questions and filling all of the forms, while it was easier it also got me further away from understanding the other forms. This bit me in 2019. I will need to talk to Turbo Tax about my experience which was very disappointing. If I am wrong I would be glad to change my rating.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Program does not cover final distribution of Trust Generally the program is helpful but Trusts seem to be a bit of an afterthought. IN program help is not available for a number of items, like the difference between required distributions and other distributions. Needs to address final distribution of trust assets.
