Rated 5 out of 5 by from Money Well Spend to Save a Ton I did my own taxes and was shocked to see how much I owed. Which pushed me to sign up for the service to have it done, which ended up saving me a bundle of money. It was so easy to do it all from the comfort of my home. If there were questions I was notified and was able to communicate with my tax preparer easily. It's the easist way to go.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from All most five stars! I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and find it easy to use and pretty thorough in every step of preparation. I had one error with automatic Federal to State information transfer, which was found on error check at the end. I am disappointed Turbo Tax doesn't support tax preparation for gift to minor form completion, which I will need for the coming year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No sense of urgency or consideration It would take 2-4 days to receive a response. And you had to ask the questions because there was no sense of urgency or initiative taken. I truly felt like just another calculation of her day. I spent time ensuring I uploaded every document, and days later she requested the same documents because she couldn't be bothered to look at what I already did. Couldn't care less about deadlines or looking for the maximum benefits. I had to file due to time constraints, but honestly think they were done incorrectly so I have to have someone else look at them costing more money. Ridiculous. I used to use turbo tax every year but once I got a business it was too hard for me, so I started having someone due them. Unfortunately she couldn't fit me in this year so I came back to turbotax. I won't make the same mistake again.
