Lots of questions about things I've never even heard of and certainly were not relevant. Was very impressed that my frustrated response "when turbotax asked how I was feeling" actually resulted in a phone call from them asking about my frustration and them troubleshooting the problem. Lind of big brother scary but also helpful.
