Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Review filing on 2023 It was a little confusing when abbreviated terms were used such as RMD, etc. In the past filling I didn't need to enter Payer Information, this required it. The biggest issue was my phone number being overseas wasn't accepted. Then, in the end, it was if I selected "I would File" isn't wasn't accepted and kicked me back to file. I end up in that circle because of another error which I finally saw and fixed. It allowed filing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from self-employee i was under the impression that you wouldnt take payment until i had actually pressed the efile button. i needed to understand the self-employment and how to remove it from my taxes. you still accepted payment. then when i called for refund, you emailed stating that wasnt a "costumer satisfaction" issue. I do not need self-employment and shouldnt have to delete nor have to pay until i file! so i am out 100$ yeah!!
