Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent for Federal, ok for State TurboTax continues to be a great place to prepare my corporate (subchapter S) business tax return. The strength of this product is with federal tax returns. The weakness is in the filing of my NJ state tax return. It isn't as clear and forces a lot of repeat reviews.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Was told would need a CPA Had a problem with the software telling me to make a change, but not allowing me to make said change. Asked customer support to call me. After about a half hour they returned my call. The software would not allow us to do a screen share, so the customer service person did their best to troubleshoot with my description of what was going on. Needless to say, that didn't get far. They also told me that since I'm a new business owner and not a tax expert I would need to talk to a tax professional because TurboTax is not a replacement for a CPA. I assumed they were trying to upsell me a service, but they then proceeded to tell me that TurboTax's CPAs don't support TurboTax Business edition. So I paid more than $200 for glitchy software and told that I shouldn't use said software without a CPA, but not a TurboTax CPA because they don't support their own software. Good to know I should have gone elsewhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It took 15 minutes to file my returns. This is my eighth year using TurboTax. It has never taken me longer than 25 minutes to file both Federal and State returns. I LOVE TurboTax.
