All went smoothly in the end; yet, I was initially unable to download from intuit using my license code due to their security measures since I had not logged in since 2017. I scanned my drivers license, gave them social security and all personal details, yet I was denied access on using their website. This was particularly frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent year-after-year, no joke! I have been using Turbo Tax for nearly 10 years. It is amazing how user-friendly this program is with its clean interface. The fact that you can upload your various tax returns is a nice feature to reduce data-entry errors. I love how it offers information buttons along the way and I can ask the help feature anytime I have a question (which is often). I can't imagine doing it any other way, honestly. I think it is helpful that it does "reviews" to flag anything concerning or potentially incorrect. I feel confident having signed up for the MAX benefit, so in case I did make a mistake, Turbo Tax would liaise with the IRS on my behalf.
