Rated 4 out of 5 by from 1095-A is not clearly asked for My federal and state returns were rejected because I hadn't filed a for 1095-A. Your software does not have a clear way of asking for it so I blame the software. If I had been asked I would have searched for it and entered it. Even after it was rejected the information pointed me to to Credits and Deductions and then Medical Expenses but then all I got was a question if my medical expenses were higher than a certain amount. Since they were not, I select NO and then it's done with that topic and closes it. I had to manually search for 1095-A and enter it. The software should be redesigned to clearly ask for 1095-A as a separate question.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A very easy to follow online tax return website This is our 5th year of using TurboTax, and we are very pleased with the product. It gives us the prompts we need to enter our information, and gives us the necessary information to make certain tax-related decisions. It is easy to read and follow, and the most convenient part for us is letting us stop filling out our return when we need to, and pick back up where we left off when we return. Overall this is a fantastic product and service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax saved my mental health I was so scared to file my taxes, I did not want to pay hundreds of dollars to get this done but I was also terrified to do this on my own. A friend told me about TurboTax and I am so incredibly glad I chose to use this service to do my taxes. It was INCREDIBLY EASY! Took me 1 hour to do it and I feel so much better! My mental health is back on top thanks to TurboTax!
