Rated 1 out of 5 by from Clueless Customer Service I paid $199 for "tax professionals" to help me but when i called to get help, nobody knew what to do and someone even hung up on me. Turbo tax is an easy software to use but when if you need help, it is pointless

I keep coming back because it is simple to use, provides a great measure of confidence that the taxes are filed with appropriate detail, honestly, with the live support when necessary. I also like having my tax history all neatly and completely in one place - my Turbo tax account.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This was awful I have been trying to file my taxes since February 1 I’ve been proceeded to have help from a “expert” and they didn’t do anything. And then proceeded to file everything on my own today and believe that they went through in to check on them 21 days later and realize that they did not go through then having to pay close to $100 to the file them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS AWESOME Turbo tax is an easy product to follow. It asked the right questions, up front so you don't have to go through unnecessary steps, such as W2, SSA, Pension. It was like hands free. I recommend turbo tax to all my family and friends.
