Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great, but more examples would be helpful at times I've used TurboTax Online for many years. I think it's great. My only suggestion is that y'all provide more examples when we click on a 'question button' for additional guidance. Thanks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm not sure why anybody DOESN'T use TurboTax Once again TurboTax amazes me with it's simplicity. It asks all the questions needed to put together my taxes in a way even I can understand. There is nothing better!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult if you're an investor It's nice if you only have 1 source of income. Investments are difficult and you'll often get a "Needs Review" section that is vague enough where it doesn't tell you what is going on. The system doesn't respond well when there are zeros involved, requiring you to go through transactions looking for entries with zero. They also replace blanks with 0's often resulting in you having to go back and figure out what's wrong(ex: Cusip number). overall more confusing than last year

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is FAST & EASY This is my ninth year using Turno Tax, my life has changed so much in those years, but Turbo Tax has no problem staying caught up! From getting married, new dependents, buying & selling a home & even working for myself-they always file it correct the first time. I also truly believe they get me the largest refund possible! I will ALWAYS use Turbo Tax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy The tool offers up all kinds of possible deductions and situations so that you can search every possible avenue of keeping your money. It is a bit pricey, but my refund always outweighs the price of filing with Turbotax, so definitely worth the savings in time and effort.
