Rated 2 out of 5 by from Could not delete CA Form 3554 All was good until we could not delete CA Form 3554. Very frustrating. Had to play with form to make it go away. Not sure what I did, but I eventually cleared error. Error needs to be fixed!!!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not so great this year I had so many problems with this years turbo tax. I had to ask 3 seprate times fo help, All lasting over 1.5 hours. Eventually, I had to delete all my work and enter everything manually. Everyone I spoke to was kind and understanding, and as helpful as they could be, but i really hope this gets cleared up....

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Soo many fees!!!! I'm a long-time user of turbo tax. I've bee using their services for 7 years. Ive never been charged this much to file, absolutely ridiculous. I wiped the tax return and re-entered in all my information but I was still being charged over 150 dollars for my return. Im charged 60 dollars each to file state and Federal. I helped my roommates file with Turbotax, and they were only charged the 39-dollar deposit fee being the first time they've filed. I recommended them and now I regret it. File with Turbotax once and file somewhere else to avoid all the fees!!
