Rated 1 out of 5 by from I feel scammed I have used turbotax for seven years now. I always look forward to doing my taxes because it is made easy. The last couple years I have paid the fee for help but I will never again. I might not even use turbotax again. I can't believe they make you pay the fee twice for both federal and state. Not only is that wild, there was no help along the way that the was different from the free one.
