Rated 1 out of 5 by from Crap program The filing process is HORRIBLE. Try to make a payment and you get a blank screen. I have been using Turbo Tax for years and both the LLC tax return program and 1040 program has gone downhill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Live help is really great For the second year my e-file was rejected! Lasadia called me and within a few minutes she showed me how to find the AGI from 2019 download and I was able to submit my return for E-filing!

Thankfully using Turbo Tax to finally complete my return was easier than I thought. I will be using Turbo Tax every year now. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TTax makes it EASY to file It treats you like you've never filed before, asking questions in using an everyday language not using accounting jargon. Instructions are wonderful, like enter the amount from box 1 on a 1099 form to the blank box on the screen. That's just a few things I really like. After trying other programs, I buy TTax for the same year and will from now on. Thank you Inuit !

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Been using TurboTax for years! Been using TurboTax for years. This year a question was missing for IP Pin so my returns were rejected at first. Had to go find the place on the form that it was supposed to be and plug them in. Don'r remember having to do this in previous years! Also some questions needed more explanation I felt this year.
