Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes it EASY! This was my third year using TurboTax, and they make everything seamless and easy. Once you complete your first year, they save all of your info so you don't have to retype everything. They walk you through it all step by step with explanations along the way. I'd never use another online tax product!

When one of the on line Turbo tax on line helper got me through the Deluxe version he informed me that I would have to upgrade to the Premier version to enter information that I had from an IRS Form 1099-S that was provided to me and the IRS. I upgraded to to a Premier Version but had difficulty downloading the Premier Version. Finally I received another Turbo Tax expert and she explained that I was using an online turbo tax helper program that wanted to charge me $100.00 that I had already paid $32.67 for the Premier Version upgrade. I asker for help deleting the $100.00 charge for the Premier version that I had already paid $32.67 on line for on Feb 27, 2021. She had difficulty deleting the additional $100.00 charge so I informed her to delete whatever was in my files that I was working on then and I would start over with a new tax form. I had made a couple of errors when I entered information in my earlier forms that a neighbor who is a tax consultant found my errors and corrected my tax forms. We completed my 2020 tax package this morning and submitted my package to the IRS electronically. I have serious misgivings about using Turbo Tax next year. I have successfully used Turbo Tax in the last five or six years without the difficulty I had this year That is why I gave the AVERAGE rating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax was great. This was my first time with Turbo Tax online and was very pleased. I have always had the disc but wanted to do the online product. Other than needing to fill everything in from scratch it was great. I also had one little problem for which I asked for a call back from TT and that was done very quickly. However, I have solved it on my own prior to the prompt call. Nevertheless it was appreciated. Good experience
