Rated 1 out of 5 by from Double Charged for having HSA Everything was fine till the Health Savings account sections, after which it demanded I upgrade to deluxe or it couldn't process. After agreeing to upgrade & having my credit card charged I noticed that the Max service was added as an additional charge I didn't agree to but I got over that. When I got to the last section before determining debit/credit options I was "pay walled" & asked for another payment. After 2 hours of calling to try & get it resolved as I has an e-mailed receipt, I just threw up my hands paid again and finished filing. Since I started filing my taxes through Turbotax I've never had such a horrible experience till this year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs help So . . I'm super annoyed at 2 aspects 1) the constant attempts at upselling!! I swear that I could do this much quicker if I didn't need to decline the upsell every other screen. 2) I have an easy-peasy return & was charged an extra $59 b/c I have 1 taxable brokerage account
