Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Easy and User Friendly! Everything about Turbotax is easy to understand and makes filing such a breeze. It takes you step by step and every year it only gets easier after saving your information. Being able to upload a picture of your tax forms is such a great addition.

However it was more confusing than the other one, some of the questions were not as direct as they should be, and it kept going in circles when I was trying to finalize the state return.As I am writing this there is a tips box covering part of where I am typing!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good. No problem with Federal. However, my filing was Blocked by my N.Y. State credit schedule error. Linda, tax specialist, found and fixed the problem in the late night. Thank You Linda for helping me finish Taxes!
