Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well, except for signing in. Program worked as well as promised, there were some surprises (good) in the federal returns. I found signing in was a bit overly restrictive with their time outs of 10 minutes, 5, 3, and one minute made completing my taxes a frustrating experience, and then having to go through the game of retrieving codes both by email and on my cell phone and writing down the codes then entering them only to be told I'm locked out X number of minutes with no follow ups as to why was more than frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes doing taxes soooo easy! We have been using turbo tax for years, and absolutely love it! Got some inheritance this year, and were considering going to an accountant. However, looking at Turbo tax online, it said it walks you through things like inheritance income. It was a breeze, and we are done with our taxes!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Easy To Use I use TurboTax every year. It was a breeze doing our taxes this year, especially utilizing the increased standard deduction. I've itemized with TurboTax in the past before as well. That was easy also. There's no need to pay an exorbitant fee to have someone do what TurboTax does for far less.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fix the Deductible Home Mortgage Interest Wkst!!! The Deductible Home Mortgage Interest Worksheet has a massive flaw. Instead of entering the average mortgage balance of your multiple mortgages on Line No. 12, the worksheet adds the balances of your mortgages and inputs the total into Line No. 12. This is a massive flaw, and the user is unable to manually override the ERROR in the Worksheet. The deductible interest total is carried over from this Worksheet onto your Schedule A. As a result, I had to comb through numerous Turbo Tax Help threads in order to find a work around. My tax bill dropped from $10K to $5,200 after I "fixed" the issue by using the work around. I copied the turbo tax link with the work around to the bottom of my review. This software flaw needs to be fixed ASAP. If I had not questioned this software ERROR, I would have massively overpaid my tax bill. That would have cost me almost $5K.
