Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is a rip off. Turbo tax provides a good software. But the software is glitchy. Pdf uploads for any forms do not work. You have to manually add the information from the forms if it cannot be connected with a bank. Also, the price is a rip off. They keep asking for adding different add ons- which are absurd. I had to pay 230 in fees for a 5k return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Premium I worked for H&R BLOCK for 15 years. For me, working with TurboTax was very easy. I believe TurboTax's interview method is very good. For a person with little or no tax preparation experience, the user may not easily understand some of the questions and guidance, but TurboTax makes it possible to contact and consult with one of their tax experts for assistance.
