Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken System I think it is ridiculous that this service is not free for basically all Americans given that our government is perfectly capable of just telling us the taxes we owe or the money we should be refunded. While it may not be the direct fault of TurboTax, their lobbyists along with others in the industry have certainly contributed to the convoluted nature of the tax system that places strain on average Americans every year and profits from it. It only makes it more painful that I am forced to see the majority of the tax refund that I am owed melt away into the pocket of Intuit rather than spend hours bent over confusing tax document desperately trying to teach myself to speak IRS. If anyone see's this, remember to vote.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Is A Life Saver!! I knew my return this year was way over my head. The beginning process was a bit tedious by having to upload all the info (make sure you have a really good internet connection!!) but once I got it attached, it was smooth sailing. Lisa G was very professional but still had a very positive, uplifting spirit. When I was getting frustrated and confused, she was able to talk me down and we got everything done. She was just amazing!! Kudos to all!

This year I had a lot of life changes - got married, sold/bought homes, moved to different state, changed jobs....with all of that, we thought we might need a tax expert this year. I went through TT as usual and it made all those changes easy to work through. I love TurboTax and plan to use it every year. Thanks!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Full Service is a waste of money First and foremost, my tax agent, Gregory, was phenomenal. He was very patient and knowledgeable. However, the ads for Turbo Tax full service makes it seem as though I would just be sending in my documents and my taxes would be done for me. Maybe I would need to double check a few things, but overall it would be hands off. Turns out, I paid $400 to sit on the phone for 2.5 hours with my agent while he filled in the blanks for me. If I had known this was what ‘full service’ entailed, I absolutely would have done them myself.
