Rated 2 out of 5 by from No State Download access The turbotax software is great to prepare your taxes however the download link for state returns does not work. Will not process credit cards without an error stating credit card cannot be authorized. I tried downloading using 8 different credit cards! No state return!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Business...Every year for 20 + years! Turbo Tax is always my tool, as is Quickbooks. Although, I was disappointed that I couldn't import from my 2019 Premier version. No longer supported. Otherwise, very pleased, and was excited to discover that online filing is now available for S Corps.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pretty terrible I wish I could just post a screen shot to show you the examples of what makes this platform terrible. The process was fine, it was just the endless prompting reminding me to select premier which I declined over and over for my extremely simple return. Somehow even though I didn't select premier you have charged me $187 to file my taxes for "free"... I only have a W2, there is nothing complicated about the return. Thanks for helping me grab my ankles this year.
