Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's fine, just expensive I think TT is annoying, and I am not a fan. I wish there was a simple and easy way to file taxes without having to pay even more money. I also think it is kind of ridiculous to pay even more money to "guarantee" that your taxes are correct? Why would you offer a product if you're not going to guarantee that it works?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live is Great! I have had Turbo Tax do my return for me the past 2 years and it is amazing. I just upload my tax documents as I receive them then they take it from there.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax online account works good For 2021 tried using the DC desktop version. Product failed to open & import PDF copy of my 2020 return. Subsequently logged in and completed my 2021 return. Then could not e-file; finally got some help from support, but only after I had paid the basic fees, & e-file did not go through. Not as smooth as prior years, but I understand the aspect of changing tax laws. I could not post this rating until I devised a nickname? Really?? was told that e-file was not possible till February 24th.
