Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple, easy, informative and painless!!! The questions were answered in a way that was easy to understand and navigate. There are tabs and links to answers that you didn't even know you should ask! The entire process took me less than 20 minutes to complete.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Solid Overall, but navigating is awkward I have used Turbotax for many years, and still believe it is the best solution for me. I do wish the software utilized more intuitive navigation. The drill down features are not adequate.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I miss one old refund option. Everything went very well, until it came time to select a refund method. I tried the CreditKarma option, only to get rejected. Now some company has my personal information for no good reason. I really miss having the option of a Money Network debit card sent to me for my refund. Please bring that option back.
