Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Easy and User Friendly! Everything about Turbotax is easy to understand and makes filing such a breeze. It takes you step by step and every year it only gets easier after saving your information. Being able to upload a picture of your tax forms is such a great addition.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too confusing I changed from another online tax service because it couldn’t download my investment information and Turbo Tax could, which is a big plus. However it was more confusing than the other one, some of the questions were not as direct as they should be, and it kept going in circles when I was trying to finalize the state return.As I am writing this there is a tips box covering part of where I am typing!
