Then at the end when I realized it, and realized that I had errors that needed better explaining and UTILIZED the Live Help... sine I PAID FOR IT, it didn't even work properly. The agent wasn't able to access my screen and I was supposed to receive a phone call from a live agent and NEVER DID!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is OK but could be better The fonts are too small. There should be an option to to increase font size. Sometimes when autocorrecting errors there should be an option to re-enter the whole entry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was easy, and friendly. Excellent. Turbo Tax was very friendly and easy to use. Everything was explained in detail. I highly recommend Turbo Tax to anyonr and I will Definately use it again in 2024.
