Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2020 I was able to understand the questions; and when I didn't, I had excellent advice and direction from an EA agent of 17 years, now with Turbo Tax, that was more than patient, looked for a form that I "just" didn't understand. Talked with me about the forms and worked diligently until the problem was corrected. Great Job Doug!! Two Thumbs Up!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't work as well with Quickbooks as I thought I purchased TurboTax because I use Quickbooks and since Intuit makes both products I thought this would be a smooth import of my data. I was mistaken. Using a Quickboos import really messed things up and since I am not a tax preparer I was pretty lost and contacted support a lot. Sometimes they were good, other times...not so much
