Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and (mostly) easy I've been putting off doing taxes for weeks, thinking it was going to take days. With TurboTax, it took just a few hours. It walked me through the entire process and while it didn't appear to get me any refunds, it was still pretty painless. The only drawbacks are that its one-size-fits-all approach means you have to sift through a lot of questions that don't apply to your situation, and the software did get hung up on a question about charitable contributions, but these were pretty minor.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good...but In the past I used Premier but after doing a few other tax returns using TT for others, one having 97% same investment account as me, I decided to start Deluxe; however, I forced to upgrade because I was told my TT that Schedule D wasn't included in the Deluxe, which I know to be untrue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great with just a snag or two Overall pretty easy to assist my daughter if filing her taxes for the 1st time. I was a bit confused as to why the program charged us $45 to do the State refund and then another $25 at the end to file it...But overall I'm glad it's over!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just OK The inability of the software to reconcile trading in multiple investment accounts is ridiculous. What is the point of touting the higher priced products when it doesn't have necessary functionality for the needs of the customers?
