Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great (but has issue with IRS IP PIN) Been using Turbo Tax for decades and love it! But, now for two consecutive years my e-filed returns were rejected/returned for not having an IRS IP PIN. The Turbo Tax program did not prompt me for a PIN before transmission and did not discover a missing IP PIN during the check and review process. Very annoying and wastes significant time for the Turbo Tax customer! They need to fix this issue!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS FINE I had one big problem with the payment method as I had already paid for the program through Costco and since my new laptop does not have a disc opening I wasn't able to use the disc and there was no place to put in the code and ended paying again for the program

She was so friendly and helpful in addressing the issue that I had. With her help I was able to continue to navigate my way through to completion. Thank you so very much.
