Always a smooth process, and if there is something I don't understand, the "help tips" usually give me the info required to accurately provide the correct information. Free usually implies there is something lacking, but this is one of the only products that delivers all one could want without any fees. If you need more help, the prices is reasonable to get what you need as well. Thank you turbotax

Also, after paying and finishing my taxes, my taxes were rejected because of an "error" even thought the information was correct. Then they said its because I had to file manually and they wouldn't refund because "technically" I used their services even though they practically did nothing for me but waste my time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from turboTax lobbys aginst free taxes Please remember that Intuit, the company who owns turbotax lobbys against easy tax bills and makes sure that americans have complicated taxes so that you are FORCED to use their business. These people suck. The software works great, but it isnt even needed.
