Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax with Dana was the best experience! Turbo tax was great! Dana took care of our difficult taxes with ease. She was able to answer all of our questions with no problems and had our taxes filed in no time. We hope to use her every time we file our taxes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is convenient but has bugs The program still feels like the original dos version even though it's officially a Windows program. It doesn't provide enough info re the specific entries requested. There were several dead ends near the end of the program. It asks for drivers lic# and then dead ends. Later by using the help function it's learned that the step can be skipped, though it was necessary to scan through a number of "replies" to find this tidbit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointing Extremely disappointed with this version of TurboTax. I felt it was not properly filling out the forms - Federal or State. It took many hours overs last year's returns to complete 2020 returns - and I'm still not confident that they were done correctly - we'll see.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Tax Preparation Sooftware The guiding questions took away my anxieties about filing these tax forms without involving an accountant or tax preparer. One thing I would change is when inviting a user to eFile, it would help to notify them before they choose that option that their AGI from the prior is required. That came as a shock, and it did not have access to the laptop my wife used last year to run turbo tax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Anything tax-related is confusing!! TurboTax was extremely helpful in getting me the best possible scenario for my taxes. I wish that taxes were less confusing, but that's the breaks. TurboTax walks me through the finer details and--even though it's still confusing--tries to make sense of it, if possible.
