Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and Not to Cumbersome At All Been using TurboTax for years now and have recommended it to others. Just recently, one person I recommended TurboTax to, did his taxes for his first time by himself and didn't know how easy it was. I recommend using TurboTax.

There were places where the questions were too vague and without explanation leaving me guessing if they applied. i would have also liked to see the itemized deduction amount if the program was telling me the std deduction was the best for me. Had to get that info from the AZ return.

Randomly the app started forcing me into doing my taxes online on the website, and on the website once you got completely done with filing it then prompted file with Deluxe and did not give an option to say no the only way for me to move on was to fly with Deluxe costing me nearly $100. Very shady considering it says that doing your taxes is free. I will not be using TurboTax next year or ever again
