Rated 2 out of 5 by from Technical Issues TurboTax itself worked well for walking through all the different tax scenarios/circumstances. But at the end of the process, it would not let me file the taxes due to a reCAPTCHA issue, which apparently a lot of people are experiencing. It is very frustrating to get all the way to the end and not be able to file due to a technical issue. All the boards mention steps to take to resolve this. Ultimately, nothing worked - and then all of a sudden it worked. This tells me that the issue was not a user-issue. It was on the TurboTax end.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Every year it costs more I have been doing my taxes with turbo tax for about 8 years now. I absolutely loved it for years. Over the past few years I have noticed it gets more and more expensive. I am up to over $100 to get my taxes done now. Nothing has changed except where I have worked over the years and less dependents. Yes its still cheaper than any other tax preparer, all they do is punch stuff into a computer. But that is exactly what I am doing. Noone else just me. And that costs me $130??!!
