Rated 4 out of 5 by from good program The program is fine for initial completion and filing of taxes. I don't like the fact that I can no longer get help when using the premium program. I had to file an amended return and it .proved to be difficult process.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for Fed...not so simple for state I actually had a good time doing the fed part and there were tons of helpful prompts, etc. but the state sections (CA and IA, mostly CA and possibly the states fault more than turbo tax) was confusing as hell.
