Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fee stuck and charged more than was showing I saw that I was owing $173.00 at first state and federal, but then when paying it stated that I was having to pay $217.00. What?? I was unable to downgrade and use the basic form. I was having to use the upgrades version. A little surprised I was not as easy as it usually is every year.
