Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Experience I cannot claim to know very much about tax preparation, but in general the item-by-item question-and-answer process worked well from my point of view. It is also nice that my long pauses in between tasks did not seem to cause any glitches.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Okay After a switch from another tax software that I had used for over 15 years, I am satisfied that I got the return accompllished in an expeditious manner. However, there are routines in the process (calculation of penalty, etc.) that are not shown and/or never told where one can view the process.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVEEE I love seeing the amount I owe or get refunded going up and down as I enter the information. It is nice to have some control over my taxes. I really enjoy doing it myself and only takes 20-30 minutes!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Underpayment penalty form data entry poor The underpayment form annualized data entry required generating a spreadsheet to divide data into periods and took too much time to figure out what to entry. TT should provide a means to list the income and deductions by date and amount and then it should determine the form entries from the list.
