Rated 5 out of 5 by from Walked me through I downloaded this years' turbotax and was unable to open it. Support got me sorted out within an hour and was able to go through all of the steps and file within one afternoon.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Connect with live help is a waste of your money This is the feedback on my previous experience of Connect with live help. Because an issue came up, I had to connect with live help. Without first investigating what the issue is, the expert, Lynn asked me to delete the state Tax. She said that was the only way to fix the problem. The deletion erased all the information I had looked up and entered. So first it deleted my hours of work previously on the state tax. And I had to spend another hour with her on the phone to go through all the steps again and re-input all the information. At the end of the session, Lynn did not solve the issue. I was still having the same issue on my state return. I used Turbo Tax every year, and this is my first year upgrading my plan to Connect with live help, but I immediately regretted it because the expert was not helping at all. I feel like I was wasting my time and money because oh how unprofessional the "expert" Lynn was.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from One piece of paper cost me $100. Rip off Review stated it enough. Had a single w2 and a 1099. Wouldn’t let me file federal for free so I had to “upgrade” for the single box to be checked off. Honestly should have just done it myself but it’s a pain to do it. Still cheaper than having a CPA do it at H&R Block for $220 last year
