Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really great. Made tax prep effortless! Couldn't figure out why my Fidelity 1099-DIV numbers filled in from the transfer from Fidelity did not match the numbers on my DIV that I received from them. I just changed them to match what my DIV indicated.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Simple process, but expensive If you need more than the free version can provide, prepare to pay through the nose for it. Prices have gone up 32% over last year, and they keep pushing/nagging you to spend on more junk and higher tiers when they just aren't needed. I could also find no way to go back to using the free version without creating a new account if my tax situation ever simplified.

The Live Tax Representative will walk you through the questions you don't understand fully. They give you a great feeling knowing you have answered the question correctly. Thanks Again, Sam

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2022 Turbo Tax Excellent Because Turbo Tax helped us feel confident about doing our own taxes, we have now done them on our own for many years. In those years, we bought and sold homes, saw multiple children through college, owned a business and more. There is so much to know with changes every year and Turbo Tax has always been with us for taxes and never missed a beat or deduction! The support is just excellent and they are always there if you need them. So much value for the price. Highly recommend this product.
