Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was great Turbo Tax was excellent for me except for a problem entering a Severance Tax on an Oil Well Royality as it would not let me enter the Tax on schedule E in the taxes area where it belongs. However, a call to a Turbo Tax support agent was very helpful and she provided a work around which allowed the tax to be properly recorded even though it wasn't listed as a tax. The agent was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax has been great Originally I went to retail tax establishment, but I realized that I had to keep track of all of the information that the tax person would ask about. I found that TurboTax covered the same questions and as long as I had kept the necessary documentation for taxes I could prepare my own tax return using Turbo Tax. I have now used it for around 25 years and it has consistently done a good and accurate job for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly good to use Only problem I had this year was that It's Deductible was a little clumsy. It needs to carryover the charity list every year, so that I don't need to re-enter it.
