This is specially true this year because of the numerous issues with the Intuit program. I attributed these many issues due to the COVID impact which left most companies around the world, including Intuit scarred. Thank you many people.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from still nice not as good as it could be for cost I have used this for years and been really happy with the service. however I have been pretty underwhelmed the last 3 years for the cost. while I understand the need for rising costs even though its most done by the software. the thing that is starting to be unsatisfactory is the inability for the program to handle everything about my investment portion of the 1099 without help since it is also on a computer. with all of that said it is a great service and is truly much easier than doing this the old fashioned way. I just feel after streamlining the things I mentioned and either telling why the return costs so much for the software to handle and almost forcing the customer to use added services even if they didn't want to. i hope next year gets better or i may find somewhere else to use. thank you so much.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes filling taxes for free impossible Customer service doesn't exist. The loops I had to go through to still be stonewalled into hidden fees, this has taken two hours. I'll never use this service again.

The prompts and q & a sections help me learn and made it easy to navigate the tax return. I highly recommend the product.
