Appointment was easy to arrange and available within a day. The accountant was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. I always recommend Turbo Tax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Seriously considering quitting Turbotax Doing my taxes this year was really difficult. I've been using TurboTax for many years. But after my experience this year I'm not sure I'll continue. Bought a disc that ended up not working because apparently my device is too old. I get that. But when I went to use the code, it didn't work. Spent time on the phone with a specialist only to learn it's a common problem this year. So I'm going to have to return the product. Oh by the way, even though the product said it included state, that a misrepresentation. Gone are the days of printing you state returns and mailing yourself at no extra charge. You have to pay just about as much as deluxe costs to be able file your state returns now.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dissapointing Have used Turbo Tax for many years and is now becoming more time consuming. Terminology or reference differs with forms which requires more corrections and looking back to double check. The need to review prior years Tax report even tho the info should have been included with data that had been updated with current year seems rather sloppy on Turbo's part. These things caused frustration and an increase in preparation time.
