Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2022 Review It was good except the software pushing people to the live help but do not want or need, also there are issues that the help does not help you, you have to go and google because some of the tax documents does not follow the return boxes and the software does not tell you the location to look or how to calculate

Rated 3 out of 5 by from HOW DO I GET RID OF EXTRA $44 FEE EVERYTHING WAS GREAT THEN THEY HIT ME WITH A $44 FEE FOR EXPEERT ADVICE. I DID NOT WANT THAT AND COULDNT SEE WHERE TO TAKE IT OFF. UNFORTUNATLEY MY FAULT FOR FILLING ON TAX DAY SOO I HAD TO EAT IT OR I WOULD HAVE TRIED H&R BLOCK.
