Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty okay this time It was very confusing when it jumped a credit karma, and then, when I went back, the person that I was connected with exited the chat, and it would’ve been useful to have them still there for a little bit more guidance but all in all. Good service

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worthwhile I find that Turbo Tax gives me the security of knowing that I am working with a knowledgeable tax participation agency. However, I get a headache each year because of the multiple IRA items and conflicting requests. I will continue to use Turbo Tax because I want to be part of the equation, even with the headache.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It takes to long to speak with a representative It took at least an Hour and a half to speak with someone Just to find out that I would have to pay an extra 40 dollars to e file my return. This should of been included in the Purchase of Premier Turbo Tax when we downloaded from the web.
