Rated 5 out of 5 by from Considering everything, I love it. I have filed plenty of tax returns, using CPA, myself, and Turbo Tax. Considering the complexity of the tax system and the cost of a CPA, I love Turbo Tax. It is sometimes a little tedious but that's a small price to pay for getting the job done. The experts range in ability, but that is true everywhere. Be patient and persistent and your taxes will be prepared.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Double charged TurboTax 2022 I never did get my CD TY2022 Desktop Deluxe DIY Advantage support kept putting me back to doing it online and I never got to enter my license code while online - such a headache, so went ahead and submitted the tax return and was charged for it. Like being double charged? Not sure if my previous Compact Disk 2015 to 2021 TurboTax ever acknowledged.

This is specially true this year because of the numerous issues with the Intuit program. I attributed these many issues due to the COVID impact which left most companies around the world, including Intuit scarred. Thank you many people.
