Rated 4 out of 5 by from IRS provided security pin It took me 3 tries to get my return finally not rejected by the IRS. Why is it so hard to find that spot where that number has to entered! Maybe make this the first required entry at the beginning for next year's software.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Great, But ... I've used TurboTax for 9 years. Overall, I think it's great but downloads from Edward Jones tend to have errors when using multiple accounts. Also, the HELP function used to be very useful, now it's pretty worthless.

There's a lot of confusion when you sign in and then the service adds charges as you go without enough confirmation. I'm not sure I'll continue to use this service
