Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lots of strange bugs this year I ran into a lot of strange bugs, like pressing "No" didn't work, and getting into a forever "review" cycle, even though everything looked fine. I also realized that to get out of the super expensive "self employed" version I had to redo the entire return, which already took me many hours due to those bugs (I talked to support, which was very hard to find, and they did not really help) So, I usually am a Turbotax fan, but not so much this year. There should be a way to downgrade (the mistake is so easy to make in the beginning) without starting from scratch. Please use my extra $140.00 to fix those bugs, or give me a refund! Oh, and where it says "contact support" on the panel on the left, click that and you get to a "We're sorry but the page you requested cannot be found". Truly pathetic.

The IRS cahed our check but when the 2nd stimulus came through, we didn't get one because they said we did not file. We did it through you and TurboTax just said we cant fix it so we did not get our stimulus check
