I've used them for years, and for some reason, could not get past a certain screen without consulting one of their experts for $50... We decided to start over with our taxes and try Turbo Tax and finished filing less than 2 hours. Very easy and reassuring to use!

I love the supportive staff and the intuitive technology that seems to address all of my needs. I also love having all of my information in one place from each of the years past.
